Ask Quiz Wallah is a question-and-answer community operated as part of the Quiz Wallah network, which also includes https://quizwallah.com.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Ask Quiz Wallah, including its website, accounts, profiles, questions, answers, comments, messages, notifications, and related features.
By accessing, registering with, or using Ask Quiz Wallah, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to online services, you may use Ask Quiz Wallah only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the platform accepts responsibility for supervising that use.

Your registration information may be used to provide access to connected Quiz Wallah services. Certain profile details, preferences, or account actions may apply across the network where the relevant features are connected.
Suspension or termination caused by serious misconduct may affect your access to one or more Quiz Wallah services.
4. Purpose of the Platform
Ask Quiz Wallah enables users to:
- Ask educational and general knowledge questions
- Publish answers and explanations
- Comment on and discuss content
- Follow topics, questions, and contributors
- Vote, react, report, or otherwise interact with content
- Share knowledge with other community members
The platform is intended to support learning and constructive knowledge-sharing. It must not be used to harm others, spread unlawful material, or manipulate the community.
5. User Content
“User Content” includes questions, answers, comments, messages, profile information, images, links, files, and any other material submitted by users.
You retain ownership of the original content you create. By submitting User Content to Ask Quiz Wallah, you grant Quiz Wallah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, promote, and make the content available through the Quiz Wallah network.
This licence allows us to operate, improve, promote, and protect the platform. It continues for content that remains publicly available after account closure, except where removal is required by applicable law.
You confirm that:
- You own your content or have permission to publish it
- Your content does not infringe another person’s rights
- Your content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading
- You will not publish private or confidential information without permission
- You will not present copied material as your original work
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
6. Public Nature of Contributions
Questions, answers, comments, profile details, and other contributions may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines.
Do not post passwords, OTPs, payment information, identification documents, private addresses, phone numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information.
Deleting your account or content may not immediately remove copies from search-engine caches, backups, quotations, or content shared by others.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Ask Quiz Wallah to:
- Publish unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or defamatory content
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or target another person
- Promote discrimination or violence
- Impersonate another person, teacher, institution, or organisation
- Publish another person’s private information without permission
- Upload plagiarised or copyright-infringing material
- Spread intentionally false or dangerously misleading information
- Post spam, repetitive promotions, or irrelevant links
- Manipulate votes, rankings, points, followers, or engagement
- Create fake accounts or coordinate artificial activity
- Distribute malware, malicious code, phishing links, or harmful files
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, databases, or systems
- Scrape, copy, or extract platform data through unauthorised automated methods
- Disrupt the website or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure
- Use the platform to cheat in a live, restricted, or proctored examination
- Buy, sell, or exchange accounts, votes, points, rankings, or rewards without permission
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised commercial activity
8. Educational Content and Accuracy
Content on Ask Quiz Wallah may be created by users, educators, moderators, or other contributors.
We do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, comment, or other submission is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular examination.
Users should independently verify important information through official notifications, textbooks, examination authorities, or qualified professionals.
Ask Quiz Wallah is not affiliated with or endorsed by SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, Railway Recruitment Boards, teaching boards, universities, government departments, or other examination authorities unless expressly stated.
9. Professional Advice
Content published on Ask Quiz Wallah is primarily for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on the platform should be treated as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other specialised advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on information involving significant personal, legal, health, or financial consequences.
10. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, restrict, edit, label, move, close, hide, or remove content that:

11. Points, Badges and Virtual Rewards
Ask Quiz Wallah may provide points, badges, ranks, coins, reputation scores, or similar virtual features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Virtual rewards have no cash value
- They are not legal currency or financial assets
- They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn
- They may be changed, corrected, limited, or removed
- They may expire or be cancelled if obtained through manipulation or misconduct
Receiving virtual rewards does not create an employment, partnership, or financial relationship with Quiz Wallah.
12. Paid Features
If Ask Quiz Wallah introduces paid memberships or other paid features, the price, validity, included services, payment terms, and applicable refund conditions will be shown before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
You must provide accurate billing information and use only payment methods that you are authorised to use.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Quiz Wallah name, logos, website design, software, graphics, branding, databases, original educational resources, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Quiz Wallah.
You may use the platform for personal and lawful educational purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit protected material without prior written permission.
“Quiz Wallah” and related branding must not be used in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, or ownership.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content on Ask Quiz Wallah infringes your copyright, contact us with:
